Credit Reporting Problems??

Systems WHAT?

Email vs Snail Mail

 

Ok, so a few months ago we mentioned that we were going to change the way we handle commercial policies in and out of our office.   We think we’ve come up with a solution that is not only going to save a few trees, but will make us more efficient while unburdening you with excess paper.   Effective immediately, we will be mailing you the insured’s copy of their commercial policy while emailing you your agency copy.   You’ll still get a hard copy of the insured’s policy so you can attach any cross-selling advertisements or send a personal cover letter from your office thanking them for their business.   It’ll also help them to identify the policy if it comes from you, not us.   As for the e-mailed version we’re sending you, you can save it to a digital folder for future reference in case the insured needs a duplicate dec page or has a question regarding their coverage.   In the future we’re sure to go to a completely paperless system where you will only get the policy in your email, but we’ll let you know when that happens.   For now, we think this half-n-half version is a winner and we hope you feel the same way.   If you would like us to begin only e-mail the policy to you and suppress the hard copy via snail-mail, we can do that, too.   The less paper we use, the better the environment.   This world could use a few more trees, don’t you agree?   (All States – Commercial Business only)
