NEW GC MARKET!!

 

We have secured a new market writing 100% General Contractors for both New Custom Home Builders and Remodlers.  Some of you may remember that we had a program similar to this one, but we’ve discovered a new market for this type of risk with better coverages and better premiums.   This market loves 100% Paper General Contractors for homes or commercial buildings.   Maximum combined project values need to be under $3 million total per policy term. This policy is written on an occurrence basis. Here’s some news.   We can now start writing homes valued over 2 million dollars!   Yes, high valued homes are more than welcome here at Statewide!!   It works a bit different than what you may be used to, though.   Simply fax or email your homeowner application to us and we’ll rate it up instantly with a competitive HO3 quote that you’ll be proud to sell.   Or, better yet, call Kyle Hammontree (x940) and give him the info over the phone. A Preferred Reminder. . .

 

In case some of you missed last month’s newsletter, Milli Underwood has officially retired from Statewide and has moved on to the land of rocking chairs and golf clubs.   But FEAR NOT!   Bobbie Taylor (x933), our other Preferred Underwriter, is standing by to help you with any issues or questions you may have regarding your Preferred accounts.   She’s just as knowledgeable and helpful as Milli and you’ll never even notice a gap in service.  If Bobbie happens to be helping someone else when you call, simply ask to speak to any one of our other underwriters, (Fawn, Dan or Chet) and they’ll be just as helpful as Bobbie.   We’d never leave any of you stranded out in the cold.   We’ve got the bases covered and you’ll get the same service you’ve come to expect from us no matter what line of business you’re writing.   Everyone is well trained and we’re waiting for your call.   It’s business as usual!!   (All States)

 

 

Submitting Applications Just Got Easier!

 

No more snail-mail, no more fax machines.   No more wondering if your application actually got through, either!   We have a new feature on our web page called “Submit An Application.” It’s slick, easy to use and ABOUT TIME!   If you have your application in a digital format (i.e., scanned, word file, .pdf, etc.) and have emailing capabilities on your computer (who doesn’t?) you can now click on the “Submit An Application” button on our home page, www.statewide-insurance.com and send your application directly to your underwriter or anyone else here at Statewide!!   This system is so slick, it’ll even send you an email telling you that we received your application and will get to work on it right away.   How’s THAT for avoiding a ‘Black Hole’?   Need a bit of help attaching a file?   No problem, just call anyone here at Statewide and they’ll be happy to walk you through it.   It’s very easy and we’re sure you’ll love it.
