An Improved HO3 Program!!

Thought the Titanium was the BEST EVER?? Think again.   It’s good, but is it as good as the REVISED HO3 Platinum Program??   We think NOT!   Not only are we launching the new lower rates effective March 15th, we’re also proud to announce that we’ve added an increased liability limit of $500,000!!   You’ll have to try it to believe it.   Our new and improved Platinum HO3 is going to ROCK the homeowner world.   It’s on admitted ‘A’ Rated paper with our Preferred Carrier, Occidental Insurance Company.   And to kick things off on the right foot, we’re going to be offering an unheard of incentive plan of $10 per policy!   Yup, for every Platinum HO3 you write from March 15, 2009 to June 30th, 2009 online, you’ll get a crisp $10 bill!  No limit, no kidding.   We’re proud of this puppy and excited for you to try it.   Need a User ID and Password to get started?   Call Kyle Hammontree (x940) our Personal Lines Manager and he’ll get you one ASAP.   If you are among the hundreds who already have a login key, go give this baby a try!   As usual, we’re topping ourselves once again.   Call if you have any questions! (All States)

Setting the Example. . .

Ok, in case we didn’t use enough capitalization in the first paragraph, we want to make sure you understand how good our Platinum Program can really be.   Here’s a small example of a $150,000 home in Metro Phoenix.   Our old rate, after all applicable credits have been applied, calculates the premium to be $644.   But the new program drops that same house to a meager rate of $486!!!  That’s a savings of $158!   What’s better is that it’s on admitted paper with an ‘A’ rated company we’ve been writing with for years.   You’ll get credits for customer loyalty, age of home, loss free, safety devices, new purchases and more!   And YES, you can have 100% replacement cost coverage.   What’s better is that you can issue the policy right in your own office and email the entire thing to your insured.   We’ll take care of the rest.   No money down, direct bill and payment plans to fit any budget.   Don’t forget, we’ll also give you a crisp $10 bill for any Platinum Home you write until June 30th!!   After that, we go back to the standard bonus of $5.   Still, it’s not chump-change for a few minutes work.   Its 4 minutes start to finish to be exact!   Call Kyle, get started and get happy!   Remember, it all starts March 15th!!    We’ll send another bulletin before then to remind you. Get The Edge.

The best way to write business in this difficult marketplace is to have a staff that understands what they can offer and how to write it.   Knowledge is a powerful tool in the fight to keep your books in the black.   We’d love to help.   If you wish, we can send a marketing representative out to your location with a bag of goodies or lunch and an arsenal of products you MAY not be aware that we can write.   We can demo our Rapid Raters system, show you around the website and even give you the inside scoop on what’s selling the best right now and how to go about obtaining that business.   Best of all, it’s FREE.   We’d love to host your next meeting and take just a few minutes of your time updating your staff on everything we can offer.   Statewide has grown leaps and bounds over the last few years and unless you’ve been keeping up, we’ve become bigger and better than you could ever imagine.   Give us a chance to stop by and tell you what’s happening in our house, so you can be better equipped to handle it in YOUR house!   Simply give Dave Ranes, our Marketing Manager a call and tell him what time works best for you.   Let us bring Statewide to YOU!   (All States)

A man took his wife to the doctor. After a short examination the doctor said “Your wife's mind has completely gone!” To which the man replied “I'm not surprised. She's been giving a piece of it to me every day for the past 25 years!”

One Man’s Garbage. . .

Ever drive by a work site and notice those food trucks parked there with a long line wrapping around them?   You can smell the eggs and burritos cooking from a mile away.   Some people call them food wagons or catering trucks or even roach coaches.   Whatever you call it, we think they’re MONEY.   We love to write catering trucks of all types.   It’s a never-ending industry because, hey, everybody’s got to eat, right?   Statewide has a little program just suited for those roach coaches and it’s only a phone call away.   We can write the truck, the cargo and the GL.   When these operations show up on a job site, they’ll most likely need to provide a certificate of insurance, so let’s make sure they have it!   All it takes from you is a quick phone call to Fawn Reed (x917), Chet Garry (x916), or Dan Braude (x944) and after a couple of quick questions, they’ll put a quote in your hands that you’re sure to sell.   Give us a try!   (All States)

Recipe of the Month. . .

Let’s see how you like THIS gem from our own Renata Morice:

Ricotta Cheese Cookies -

1 cup butter, softened

2 cups granulated sugar

1 (15 oz) container of ricotta cheese

3 tsp. vanilla extract (or almond)

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

4 cups all-purpose flour

For the Glaze -

1 cup powdered sugar, milk & sprinkles

Preheat oven to 350 F.  Mix all of the cookie ingredients well until the dough sticks together into a big ball.  It will be sticky.  Drop by teaspoonfuls on an un-greased cookie sheet.  Bake 10 min. or until the bottoms turn golden brown.  Let cool for 1 min. and then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.  In a small saucepan slowly stir milk into the powdered sugar until it creates a glaze thin enough to be spread over the cookies.  Stir over low heat then spread over cooked cookies.  Quickly top with sprinkles.
