The NEW Artisan Comparative Rater!!
Statewide is proud to announce the latest tool for our agents, making everyone’s life easier. It’s our new Artisan Contractors Comparison Rater. You all know about our Self-Raters (now known as Rapid Raters) and you love them, but many times you’ve asked, “Which program would best suit my risk?” Well, the answer is finally here. It’s the handy-dandy Rapid Rater Comparison Guide. On our Rapid Rater page in the Commercial Section of our website you’ll find a logo at the top of the Artisan and Small Contractors page telling you to “Click Here For A Comparative Rater Program.” Do it! Once there you need only answer 11 simple questions. Then, after clicking the “Submit” button, sit back and watch this amazing program list all the contractor programs available for your risk as well as the premiums and any applicable info about each company as it pertains to your submission. It’s fast, easy and very accurate. You’ve been asking for it, we worked on it, and now it’s HERE! The Artisan Comparative Guide means no more guessing or repetitive quoting. One stop, you’re DONE! Need an underwriter to help you through it? No problem! Give any underwriter a call anytime and they’ll gladly show you the newest and coolest toy on the Statewide website. (All States)
Higher Commissions!!
Now that we have your attention, Statewide is holding true to its promise. When a company makes an adjustment on its commission schedule, we pass the good news on to you! Effective April 1st, 2008 we are now paying 15% and 10% on our Vacancy Program. That’s right, 15% for new policies and 10% for renewals on vacant commercial and homeowners risks. Our company LOVES vacants and they’re serious about getting more business on the books, so they’ve upped the ante and put their money where their mouth is. We couldn’t be happier and decided that we’d pass the profits on to YOU. Haven’t tried our Vacancy Program yet? Shame! No worries, though. Just call Dan Braude (x944) for your vacant commercial risks and Kyle Hammontree (x940) for your vacant homes and within MINUTES you’ll be looking at a well-covered and low-priced quote. A top-notch program with a higher commission rate, really? It doesn’t get much better than this. Call today! (All States)

It means if you have a business that repairs, paints, does engine work, fiberglass work or electronics on boats, we have the market for you! It also includes those risks that offer slip rentals, boat storage, hauling and launching and even fueling. We’ve also got a market for new and used boat dealers!! Low minimum premiums, great rates and a quote that’s just a phone call away makes Statewide your new home for boating risks. Hey, we can even handle the tools and equipment coverage for the above operations. Call Fawn Reed (x917), Dan Braude (x944) or Chet Garry (x916) for your boating operations risks. Three Ladies, One Goal. . .
We have a hidden treasure here at Statewide. Some of you are very familiar with it; some of you have yet to discover it. Milli Underwood, Bobbie Taylor and Nancy Ramirez are a crucial part of our Preferred Commercial Department. Everyone has access to these talented ladies and everyone can write the Standard Commercial Products they offer. Milli handles the bigger risks that are submitted for package quotes, Bobbie tackles the self-raters such as the Preferred Artisans and Restaurants, and Nancy pulls it all together by inputting and issuing your risk, getting it out the door and to you in record time. For the wise producer that has taken full advantage of these ladies, an ‘A’ rated market with strong, reliable coverages is in the bag. As for the rest of you, you’re missing out on a great opportunity to play in the Standard/Preferred Commercial Marketplace. It’s so simple to do, just call Milli (x918) or Bobbie (x933), and tell them what you’ve got. They’ll take you to a world of lower premiums and exceptional coverages. You’ve got nothing to lose. Call today and find out what the fuss is all about. (All States)
No Credit Scoring!
That’s just one of the many features offered with our Online Homeowner Programs. We figure, ‘life happens’ so why penalize the insured for a bad credit score? Our homeowner programs are so popular, we’re signing up producers almost every day! The rates speak for themselves, but the fact that we can write a seasonal home, for example, without having to write the primary and will also write homes in the PC 9’s and 10’s make Statewide all you’ll ever need when it comes to insuring a home. And it’s so simple, too! Just get a user ID and password from Kyle Hammontree (x940) and within minutes you’ll be quoting, binding and issuing policies in your own office. Direct bill, no money down and affordable payment plans put our homeowners program in a class by itself. To top it all off, we’ll pay you $5 for every home you issue online! No limit, just CASH! Call Kyle for more info or just tell him you want to sign up PRONTO! You won’t regret it and you’ll never look back. We promise. (All States)
I’m going to graduate on time, no matter how long it takes.
Our Staff. . .
Let’s talk about Renata Morice. She’s in our commercial department and is responsible for inputting and processing some of your policies out the door. Lately we’ve had to walk softly around her cubicle because she hasn’t taken Brett Favre’s retirement well at all. In fact, we’re pretty sure she’s in denial. Be that as it may, Renata has a great sense of humor, (you have to in order to be a Packer fan) and her laugh can be heard from miles away. She’s married to her husband Richie, spends lots of time with her nieces and nephews and has been with Statewide for almost 14 years! She’s also the owner of a fancy new BMW convertible and is heading to Hawaii soon for her wedding anniversary! We’re thrilled to have Renata on our team and would like to convey our deepest sympathies to her and the rest of Wisconsin as we say bye-bye to Brett. Good-bye, Brett. You broke a lot of records and threw a LOT of interceptions but the time has come to hang up the jersey, withdraw some of that money and go get a RAZOR! SHAVE for crying out loud! Oh, and kudos to our Renata.
